"Govern" comes from the Latin word "gubernare" and/or the Greek "kubernan" which means "To control".
"ment" comes from the Greek word "mente" meaning "mind"
All told the word "Government" literally means "Mind Control".
A New World Order (Novus Ordo Mundi) refers to a plan in which a powerful and secretive group is to be conspiring to eventually rule the world via an autonomous world government, which would replace sovereign states and other checks and balances in world power struggles. In the new world order, many significant occurrences are caused by a powerful secret group. Historical and current events are seen as steps in an on-going plot to rule the world primarily through a combination of political finance, social engineering, mind control, and fear-based propaganda (Terrorism).

But just to reiterate, I will admit "government" does NOT mean "mind control" in any etymological sense.
The suffix "-ment" is derived from the latin mentum, which was merely a utility suffix for making a verb into a noun.
The "ment" you see in "mental" comes from the latin mens (and Late Latin mentalis) which does in fact mean "mind" but which is never used as a suffix.
In any event as an old school Mental Alchemist; an adept of the Hermetic Science I also know that there are no such things as accidents, or coincedences in the Cosmos. The reality is that the the -ment in Government for the purpose on this planet at this time does in fact mean mind.
If you could comprehend and learn the true nature of schizophrenia as I do then you too would be able to understand that accidents and coincedences are actually directed through the Cosmic Control Center by E.C.C.O.

Never let be said that this Dolphin does not have a sense of humour.
Can you think of a better way to get people to listen than to make it entertaining.
Even if you don't take the warnings serious right now our hope is that your awareness as modified by these crazy sounding rantings will help to make what is really happening to planet Earth visable to you in time for you to GOVERN yourselves away from the titanic iceburg you are all navigating towards.

Mandatory worldwide visectomy of all new born males would do the trick. Not that much different than a circumcision.

Thats the worst part of all of it and the only reason E.C.C.O. bothered intervening at all.
It is in fact the other more intelligent life forms on the planet who asked E.C.C.O. to interfer in human affairs to try and prevent what is going to happen.
What happens to humans happens to all life on the planet and that will cause ripples all across the Cosmos.

It is interesting you said that. The human species has been through this phase of evolution we are at numerous times before.
Each time it has gotten to a point of intolarability for nature to put up with a new species of insect was born of the human race.
The Honey Bees were the ones that came the closest of all other sentient civilizations to avoiding the final catastrophe.
E.C.C.O. is offering this civilization one last chance to avoid the same fate. That is why some humans like myself who have agreed to their terms are being allowed to communicate with you.

It is not surprising at all that you never heard of it.
Think of planet earth as a Black Board in a class room, or a laboratory if you prefer.
If the experiment fails the black board gets erased yet again and the whole process restarts with no trace of what existed before except for one more new species of insect who ends up with the seemingly eternal punishment of being stepped upon by the next group of sentients who end up becoming insects too if they fail.
The cycle will go on for eternity until the experiment succeeds in creating a sentient species to populate the stars.
That is in essence how the Cosmos grows.

I am more inclined to think the above poster is a Lurker Alien
I realy don't have a name. I just am. You can call me Iam for short. I am a good hearted Alien from Alpha Centaury. I traveled to your solar system by way of the Cosmic Stream and became stranded here over 15 years ago.
I was doing a survey of an uncharted solar system when my space ship was hit by a meteor particle. It caused an explosion resulting in a catastrophic chain reaction in the fuel cells. The ship was destroyed.
My consciousness escaped in the nick of time just prior to the implosion and by sheer chance I found my way to your planet avoiding evaporation and absorption into a black hole which should have been my fate by any odds of realistic computation.
By some fluke I ended up in this body while the host was engaged in metaphysical research during one of his explorations into altered states of consciousness.
I managed to settle in and integrate myself into his conscious mind by using the ideas in your planets science fiction novels to get him to accept the reality of my existence.
One of our connections was made from a book called "Illusions" that had this character named Donald Shimoto; the Reluctant Messiah. It was written by Richard Bach; the author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
In return for his good natured acceptance in allowing our co-habitation I have shown him things few humans have ever seen. I even gave him a peek at one of his past lives when he swam the Pacific Ocean as a Dolphin.
Now here is the problem. These aliens are ethereal beings and they take over human bodies and destroy the inhabiting human consciousness. Make no mistake; they are evil parasites. They are totally unlike my species who prefer to act in harmony with our host.
In many ways it is like on your television series called Star Gate. Now we got us a real war on people. I need some help. Odds are there are some lurker aliens reading this too. They may even post responses calling me crazy so that none of you will believe me.
Don't listen to them. Its for real people. I am warning you now that you need to listen and believe it when I tell you we are all in deep trouble. Time is running out. We need to act quick. Who is with me?
You will also note the television shows that are being shown. There is one called Armageddon. I saw a caption for it the other day. I don't watch TV because it is one of the weapons the aliens are using to defeat you.
It is a form of brainwashing. You see they are creating these shows that depict what is really going on and the effect is that the idea that it is really happening is hidden from your conscious mind because once you start seeing reality as a science fiction show you loose the ability to distinguish the reality from the fantasy.
Its a mind game.
You will note that the first thing done after the fall of the Taliban in Afghanistan was that televisions were dug up and reintroduced into their society to bring the people back under control.
Do not attempt to adjust the dial; we are in control. Sit back and relax and you will be transported into the Twilight Zone where you will become mentally suspended and incapable of independent thought.
Think about it. Wake up. Quit watching TV.

Not a likely slipup for an advanced being. More likely you are the very thing you are warning us against.
If you were who you say you are it would be trivially easy to display some tidbit of advanced knowledge that could be verified by any respectable scientist anywhere. Not enough to destabilize society with advanced knowledge but enough to confirm.
You're slipping fast in your arguments.
I was quoting the words from an easily recognizable television show to make a point and draw an analogy.
If you want a reference to a Scientist I suggest you consider the words of a former President of Harvard University by the name of William James.
In a book he wrote called "The Varieties of Religious Experience"

As far as respectable scientists go; the fact that other advanced life forms capable of communication with humans exist on this planet has already been prooved and aknowleged by many respectable scientists on this planet by the man the United States Navy enlisted to inititiate their Dolphin program.
He shot them a bird and walked off with his knowledge when they stabbed him in the back and started strapping bombs on them.

I think calling him a scientist is stretching things more than a little. He was more of a philosopher.
And I find his "Will to Believe Doctrine" rather unusable.
Not saying his writings and thoughts are not worth studying...they are...but hardly definitive support for your hypothesis.
You obviously are not aware of his experiments. I on the other hand am more than aware of them as I have repeated them to verifify his findings.
William James is in fact "The Father of Modern Day Psychiatry".
